ABOUT ME

This world has lots to offer, especially people. Now that I finished school, I am going out to find those things the world has to offer.

I currently work for the US Geological Survey in Troy, NY. I spend most of my work time traveling from gage site to gage site. We do a lot of work in the Catskills area, in and around the various reservoirs which supply NYC its much needed drinking water. The scenerey is killer and it's great to go to the bar in these small towns and meet people, but it can be wearisome after a days work. So I would much rather do my traveling while on vacation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the CS experience. I heard about CS by word of mouth from a lovely young lady at a bar here in Albany who told me to forgo the motels and check out couchsurfing.org when I plan a trip to NYC. I visited this site and was enamoured by the people who make up this community.
I want to make CS a fun, safe loving community that's more than about seeing new places but also seeing new faces and sharing experiences and ideas.
