My classmate and I are traveling to NOLA March 17-21 for a conference (we are presenters) and are looking for a quiet and restful place to stay :)

I love going new places. I am currently in my first year of graduate school, which means I am not able to travel as often because of time and finances, but I still travel as much as possible. I'm interested in mindfulness and healthy living. I like to write, read, to do art, to eat, and to talk :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ideally, I'd love to spend my time with someone who likes nature, simple living, and is active.I like live music and am good company for adventures in the city or in nature. I love to eat good food and have good conversation. I am not a party person and prefer to have company that can have a couple of drinks and then to bed :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had two very nice hosts so far and have very much enjoyed my experiences while I was in France.
