Hola,
I’m a California Native and spent the past three years in Palomino, Colombia—at the base of the sacred Sierra Nevada mountain range on the Caribbean Sea. In 2010, I left the US and moved to Bogota, Colombia, where I lived for the next four years. In 2014, I took a leap of faith and moved back to the US for a new job...I hated it and was fired within six months, which I still count as one of the greatest gifts of my life. After that, I traveled and lived around the world, teaching yoga and breathwork as well as meeting amazing people and diving deep into stunning natural landscapes and diverse cultural and spiritual traditions. This was my way of coming home to myself.

But now I guess that I’m at another turning-point, because I somehow ended up spending three years in Palomino, and I want to work again. So, now I’m back in the US to see how I can make that happen. In Palomino, I got into birthwork and am a certified doula,

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing years ago when I was looking for a room to rent in Bogota...I have many friends who love this community and am looking forward to connecting with a community of people who see past the traditional tit-for-tat ways of relating and interacting, and are excited about forging a new way of connecting, supporting each other and experiencing the world.
