ABOUT ME

I graduated from University, saved for a few years while working then my brother and I decided to take off and travel for a few months :) A few months has turned into 15 months and since leaving home we have traveled through Europe, Africa, South East Asia, and now Australia.

My boyfriend has since then met up with us - and as most of you know - traveling is so addicting he and I are still on the go!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I have only discovered couch surfing since leaving home I have not been able to host, but only surf. I eventually plan to move back to San Francisco, once the travels are over. So I hope I can host some surfers once home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was up in Northern Territory. My couch surfing turned into the place I am curretly living! I live in Palmerston, NT Australia with about 8, sometimes 9 other couch surfers and I love it!

Interests

Travel, Photography, Sports (Basketball, running, hiking, anything outdoors), music. Try to be adventurous with food and taking risks!

Quit my job in Cali to travel and see amazing things! In OZ to work and travel some more :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I have already begun learning how people really do adapt so easily if they let themselves. I think that goes along with meeting different types of personalities and making yourself and others comfortable by being open to meeting different kinds of people from different backgrounds and with different views on life. Some people I have met have been much different than myself and have taught me a lot about living and just accepting people as they are.
