Hey there,
I am Lachlan, although most people just call me Lachy.
I am 20 years old and have lived in Perth, Australia my entire life.
I really enjoy travelling, some places that I would love to go include Sweden, Russia, Korea and Japan. Although I have this thing where I'd love to visit some lesser known countries too, such as Moldova, Azerbaijan, Tuvalu and all the micro-states in Europe. I guess I could be called a 'tripster'... or something like that.
I am currently studying Business Administration at Curtin University, and am in my final year. In June-July, I will be studying at BI Handelshøyskolen in Oslo, Norway, which I am looking forward to!
I also love football (soccer), even though I suck at playing. I support Perth Glory in the A-League and Arsenal in the EPL. I also love swimming (mainly cause I am good at it).

I finally decided to join this magical world of Couchsurfing, and will hopefully begin using it once I am in Europe! I have heard that its a great way to meet new people, which is useful, since I am travelling alone. Plus who knows, maybe when I get back to Perth, I might even start accepting you guys as guests, depending on how well this goes!

Musica, film e libri

Favourite movies would include (typical responses here...) Harry Potter and Hunger Games, which I also love the books too, but I am more of a movie person tbh. Guilty pleasure movies include Mean Girls and The Parent Trap (no judgements, pls).
My favourite TV shows include Game of Thrones (another typical response), as well as Narcos and Orange is the New Black. Although my favourite TV show is.... EUROVISION! I am a huge Eurovision fanboy, feel free to test my knowledge on it and see just how sad I am XD
Favourite music includes Eurovision songs (obviously) with some of my favourites being Måns Zelmerlöw, Loreen, Poli Genova and Dami Im. My favourites this year were Bulgaria and Italy (Macedonia, Romania and Moldova were pretty good too! Plus I loved Wiktoria from Melodifestivalen... should've won, just sayin'). Apart from Eurovision, some artists I listen to include Flume, Rüfüs, Temper Trap (and all those other hipster sounding Aussie artists).
My guilty pleasure is 90s music... just play some Aqua, Vengaboys or Las Ketchup and I will get my groove on straight away XD

Hmm... Well I wen't bungee jumping in NZ, that was an amazing experience, but I am a bit of an adrenaline junky, so I enjoy that kind of stuff. I guess the most amazing thing I have done was survive high school, particularly my final year, and once I finish uni, that can then be the most amazing thing I have done

I suppose I can teach you all about Australia, particularly Perth and the west coast (aka the best coast) ;) Plus, I can teach you about commerce... not that you'd want to learn that, but its my degree :P I can also share my travel experiences I have had and my future travel plans. Plus I can share all my Eurovision opinions (if you wish to hear them)
