About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet like minded, cool travellers, make connections in different places and have fun exploring DC.

ABOUT ME

I heard about this site from a backpacker who was staying at the youth hostel I was staying at before I found the place I am living at now. It sounded like a great idea so I decided to try it out and see. I spent two years living in Europe, I had some incredible experiences travelling and I would like to get back to it again soon. I am familiar with the backpacker culture and can empathize with what it is like living out of a suitcase for extended periods of time. For me it was exciting and exhilarating, at times it was a challenge. One note: I do have two dogs at my place, so if you are scared of dogs or not at ease around them then my place wouldn't be for you. They are completely friendly, so if you are a dog person that would be awesome. I live just outside the city in a town called Mt. Rainier. It is close to a subway line. In most cases, it wouldn't be a big deal to pick you up since I have a car.

PHILOSOPHY

I turned 26 in October and I'm just getting past the feeling of post college drift and beginning to settle into a career and lifestyle I enjoy. I tend to have a liberal disposition on a lot of issues. There is a lot I could write here... I'll leave it at that for now.
