Most people these days call me Herbert. Long story.
I'm a geek. My sub-class is food, but also historical british dancing, boardgaming, and cons.
I love food. I love learning about it, I love to cook, I love to eat, food justice is my mission. I am also celiac, am am currently learning to bake wheat-free.
I love to travel (who here doesn't?); These days, I spend my life riding trains between Boston, Philadephia, and DC. I spent a year in Brussels, Belgium as a teenager, and long to return to Europe.
