CURRENT MISSION

My mission is share yoga and to learn about medicinal herbs, to help people, to share knowledge, to discover the country.
Travel with my douther. She is 2 years old

ABOUT MY
I am easy going and I love learning from experience and people.

I love acroyoga, nature, travelling and creating a good atmosphere while working with people.

Laia has two university degrees (nutrition and dietetics and food technology)and since she finished her studies she has been working in a company that exports natural medicines and food supplements. She wanted a change so she asked for a professional leave to start experiencing life 100% and learn from the things really enjoy.
Now she´s currently studying her master degree in medicinal plants and during the last years she has acquired knowledge about natural health, human fisiology, and became interested on everything related to health: yoga, natural food, healing plants, etc..

We both love the sea. Laia used to do spear fishing with her father, can dive for up to 20 meters.But now she just practice apnea,open water swimming, and underwater photography.
Also loves exploring caves, and rainforests.

Joan is a climber, and has experience in vertical jobs (construction in heights). He spent a whole year in New Zeland doing wwoofing and helpx. Also in Turkey and Greece. He took a Permaculture course and started his own project in the Pyrinees of Catalunya.

PHILOSOPHY

Life if to enjoy and real happiness comes from helping others. We care a lot about nature, animals and human health...
We are conscious of the importance of living in a eco- friendly way.

I would love share knowledge and a good time. We can teach you some acroyoga, some natural healing techniques and medicinal herbs, we can show you spanish cooking, we can help you whatever your project is....

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had a lot of people from different countries. We are helpx hosts here where we live, and we have done wwofing. Not couchsurfing yet!
