I like travelling and to meet people from other countries. I am sociabl and friendly and enjoy all kind of people. I am an author of four books and during my life I tried to share all my best with other people.

PHILOSOPHY

The all the best in our world will not come to anybody if you will not help to create the world better and you can be an interesting person to others only, if you will work with yourself during all the life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My country - Latvia is very nice and I can tell many interesting things about our history, economy,culture, geography and show the most pleasant places in Riga and the nicest towns in my country. We have the seaside not far from the capitalcity with nice beaches and very good summer vacations.People in Latvia are very nice and many of them know several languages - Russian and English is very popular here and it is very good when the host family introduce travellers with more people from the country.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not any experiences about CouchSurfing, but I would like to participate in it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like books and films only in a good level and the themes are not so important,of course,historical themes are more interesting, but the best music depends of the situations and in what company I am.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Our company of teachers went to Italy to see the nicest places of the country. During this travelling one of the teacher had the birthday. All of us said rhe nice words and wishes for her. She was very happy and decided to give us something pleasant also. Soon there was a short stop for rest and the happy woman hurried to fiend something interesting for us.Suddenly she saw the very nice strawberries,but she understood that they price is rather high and she has not so much money, but the wish to create the surprise was so big.As we were 32 people in our group,she asked to count 32 strawberries and then she will be able to give on sweet and nice berry for each of us.The seller - woman started to count strawberries and all customers patiently waited for the final numbers.When she reached the last numbers our teacher discovered that this high price was for other berries not for the strawberries.Our teacher was so happy to find it out and with the happy voice she cried;" And now one kilo strawberries more!" It was very funny to watch the faces of all the customers around us.Their question was:" Why did you ask to count the strawberries?"
