About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being the best version of myself possible

ABOUT ME

I'm an energy adventurist starting on a 2 month roadtrip around the US and possibly up into Canada. I'm a graphic/web artist by trade, working for my own business, with a hospitality background. I've been to many parts of the globe but look forward to more far-reaching travels. I love my plant-based, vegan diet and all creatures great and small and I'm respectful of all types of diets. Backpacking, camping, self-sufficiency, small-living, treading lightly, repurposing, unconventional stuff. These are exciting things!

PHILOSOPHY

Ask me, "Why do you live your life?" and I'll probably give a different answer every time. Who you are depends on the answer because we're all traveling this road, we're all at different points along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It feels as though I've been to many more places than I've had the privilege to list here because of all the times I've been to faraway lands in my dreams. I also love recounting the strangers who have told me about their homes. Always feels as though I've been there.

One of my favorite things to do is feel and experience new places and spaces. Many times it's when a new friend is so candid that that they tap into places within themselves that they rarely go and even more rarely get to share with a stranger. I am completely in love with this planet and all of its inhabitants.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been a student all my life. It's time that the teacher part of me gets to make an appearance, but, what is it that can be taught? I'm a mentor at my local high school and the girl that I'm mentoring is a mini-version of me when I was her age. I get to see her depth of understanding grow with each of our conversations and it makes me realize just what I know, having been through all that stuff.

Most people will forget what you said, but always remember how you made them feel. When the right questions are asked, we can learn from our own answers. It's the dynamic alchemy of two beings brought together that allows for interesting experiences to happen-- learning, teaching, or otherwise.
