1. Cycling through Vietnam with a friend for 2 months in 2005.

2. Practicing Vipassana meditation for 3 months in Wat Ram Poeng - Chiang Mai from October 2008 to January 2009; And another time with my parents and a brother for 1 month in November 2009.
