I love traveling and love getting to know people! I studied at Northwestern University and then wanted to work in underserved communities and taught high school science for 2 years in Detroit, MI and 1 year in New Orleans. From there, I then got my Masters and will be starting medical school in the fall! It has definitely been a journey, but one that has already been amazing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling for the next 5 weeks to see Spain, Portugal and Morocco. I want to see cities from a local's eyes. After living in Bolivia for a summer, I learned the city through the eyes of my host family. That is the experience I want to have this summer. Connecting with beautiful souls, learning about their passions and seeing the city through their perspective - that is true adventure!

Interests

I love doing handstands in new places! Exploring a city by foot is one of my favorite ways to see a new place. I love dancing, art and reading. Cheese plates with olives and wine are my weaknesses...
