PHILOSOPHY

I know I sometimes spend too much time worrying about the future and dwelling on the past. So, Live in the now. Breathe in the moment and savor it. Life is too short to let the moment pass unnoticed.

Interests

All sports, especially soccer. I recently developed a new interest in bouldering.

Creating art usually via the old number 2 pencil. Sometimes watercolors.

Reading and pondering.

Noticing small details and appreciating them in the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like the movies: Elf, Shower, Amelie, and American History X.

I like listening to: Maria Taylor, Ingrid Michaelson, Missy Higgins, and Norah Jones. Although I usually prefer calm music, I believe all genres of music have elements which can appreciated.

Good books: Tuesdays with Morrie & To Kill a Mockingbird.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I lived in the jungle of Peru along the Amazon River and befriended some of the kindest people I have ever met. So much sincerity and kindness was expressed despite the great divide in language.
