ABOUT ME

My name is Lamar, but my two other roommates are Jaclyn and Gavin. We all communally share the profile.
Lamar:I am currently employed in the call center profession. I am also a working actor with nearly ten years experience under my belt. My travels thus far have led me to a few states including, California, Utah, Georgia, Ohio, and Nebraska.

Gavin: I am currently an English major at ASU. I work in the tech department at ASU and an artist.

Jaclyn: I am currently 20 years old and a senior at ASU. I study Psychology. I have been to England, France, Italy, Monaco, Spain, Chile and Argentina. My most recent adventure (Chile and Argentina), I couch surfed in Buenos Aires with my sister and our good friend. When I came back to the States for school, I told my roommates about what a wonderful experience it was to have someone whom we had just met open their home for us, talk with us and share a moment of their lives with us and how I wanted to also take part.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Jaclyn: While I was traveling in Chile and Argentina, we were in Buenos Aires about two days before I had to leave back to the US. We decided to find a couch surfer who would be willing to take us in for those two nights. We were able to get in contact with one, and it was a really awesome experience. She was Venezuelan, and she had two Colombian roommates, an Australian roommate and a Brazilian roommate. It was amazing at the fact that she just opened up her home for us, and let us live with them for a couple days. Since that experience, I want to do the same.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Jaclyn: I have couch surfed in Buenos Aires, Argentina for three days. Since I am finishing up school and am not traveling at the moment, I want to open up our home to those that are.
