I work at a small college in the Education Department advising future ESL teachers.

I don't own a car, but can tell you how to bike anywhere in town.

I tend to take a lot of pictures of trees.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to find the right balance in life between fearless exploration and also finding and maintaining a community.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a handful of times now and had always really positive experiences! I have a really tiny flat, but am wanting to try out hosting to see if it works.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had some great experiences now in France, Netherlands, and Montreal.

兴趣

I like reading biographies of interesting people. Traveling (duh). I used to do a LOT of yoga, but since I've hurt my back now I prefer Pilates. I could direct you to several studios in my neighborhood though if you want to take a class around here.

I did the Machu Picchu 3 day trek 10 years ago and it was amazing. I don't think I knew what I was getting into. B-)
