Go to Williamsburg and see the Manhattan Skyline at Night
Go to Canal Street and buy lots of knockoff clothing
Go to Washington Heights and eat at a Dominican restaurant
Go to Central Park and lay out in the sun (If it's summer!)
Go to Rockefeller Plaza and Ice Skate under an 80ft Christmas tree (If it's winter!)
Go to the Meatpacking District if you enjoy nightlife
Go to the Lower East Side if you REALLY enjoy nightlife

Now that I think about it, there is just TOO much to do in NY. Try everything!
