My name is Lance I grew up in a small town in Minnesota, I joined the Marine Corps right out of high school and went to basic training in San Diego, California and Marine Combat Training in northern California. After I went to MOS school in Fort Leonard Wood Missouri and hurt my back there so I had to get out. After the Marine Corps I moved to Minneapolis and went to Puerto Rico for a week then Costa Rica for a week with my brother. I recently went back to Puerto Rico for a month then decided to move to Ecuador for a new life, new experience and to meet wonderful people!

I'm on here to really learn the culuture and to meet amazing people, I want to go on many activities and share many experiences togther! I feel like Couchsurfing is one of the best way to learn the culuture, values, and language.

Interesses

I recently got a pure breed White German Shepard puppy that's about 3 months old, I named her Ystava meaning friend in Finland. I love all types of dogs and animals! I'm learning spanish more and more and enjoy the journey! I love all types of sports you name it I would love to play it, back home I played alot of winter sports such as hockey and snowboarding. I want to compete in Physic competitions so working out is a daily routine for me now. I love traveling and meeting new people and experience new culuture it's so exciting and different it's one if my favorites!

I like many types of music usually listen to different types of music for different times. Like to watch movies every once in a while and like to read alot of business books my favorite is by Robert Kiyosaki.

One of my most amazing accomplishments is making it through Marine Corps training and the final push 3 days with hardly and sleep or food, hiking over 70+ Miles with loads of gear on and holding your gun. All throughout the 3 days your running up and down mountains, doing push ups, carrying huge logs, crawling under barb wire and there's no rest, after that you put on your M16 A4 Service Rifle and your 80lbs pack and hike a 12 mile mountain and on the top you finally earn the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor and will forever be a Marine.
