ABOUT ME
I'm a chill dude. I like to meet people and talk though I can be very quiet and disengaged a lot of the time. I love music especially the shins, death cab, Beirut, Vampire Weekend, and a host of indy, rock and ambient artists. I like to play the guitar and recently the Ukulele which I can take just about anywhere. As for the arts Expressionist and surrealist art that conveys feeling, thought and emotion.
The last 4 years I picked up sailing and have become somewhat of an avid small boat user whose aquatic judgment is well respected by those who know me for it. I'm just a landlubber in love with the sea at this point though someday I hope to have my own boat and be able to offer tours.
Interests
I love music, especially folk and alternative music. I tend to live a little outside the realm of what people consider comfortable. I Like to camp out and go hiking a lot. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing all about their ways of life around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing that I have seen was a shins concert where it began down pouring and everyone suffered through the rain, in a big sweaty crowd, just to see the shins perform and to do it amazingly! Then I ran home through rivers and puddles that had formed to be ankle deep over the past 5 minutes since the seriousness of the downpour started the instant the band finished their last set. It was as if they called the powers of nature to send us on our way.
Then I decided to jump in my wetsuit and run around in the rain and surprise my upstairs neighbors just to find that they were dressed formally with guests for another friend's birthday. They had even decorated the room to high heaven with a massive mural on the wall. The amazing part about it was that they all just laughed because I have cool friends.
