Hey there, my name is Lane :)

Pretty easy going and laid back. I try not to take myself too seriously because what’s the fun in that? Might as well have some fun right :)

Love animals! I have a cat and a dog that both mean the world to me!

As for where I'm from, I have lived on the east coast of Canada my entire life with the beautiful Cape Breton Island right in my backyard. I’m currently studying in Halifax, Nova Scotia and have one year left to go before I can get out there and travel again (and counting down every day).

I'm so excited to see where my future travels take me and will hopefully have plenty of stories to share :)

Love all types of music! Country, pop, rock, doesn't overly matter! If there are any Shania Twain fans out there then we'll get along just fine. I like most movies that make you laugh. Oh, and Marvel/DC movies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's pretty difficult to pick one, but if I had to choose, it would probably be camping in the Serengeti in Tanzania! It was such an incredible (and slightly nerve wrecking) experience. Given that we were camping there was nothing separating us from the incredible African wildlife (we actually had lions visit us one night- talk about nerve wrecking.)

Close second would have to be scuba diving on Zanzibar island!
