ABOUT ME

I am 25-year-old student really looking forward to getting back on the backpacking bandwagon in New Zealand! I'm well travelled and think that meeting new people and experiencing different cultures is the best way to enhance your knowledge, your persona and your appreciation of life. The Couch Surfing I have experienced so far has been incredible; it really is the best way to experience a new place and meet open minded people, I am constantly recommending it to people young and old. My first loves are films and football. I'm a massive Norwich City fan but also an all round football connoisseur. I am fun, out going and interested in a variety of different subjects.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed in Berlin, Hamburg and Krakow and met up with a whole group of CS'ers in Warsaw.

My music taste is vast and I am interested in any new music. Favourite bands and artists include Arctic Monkeys, Bloc Party, The Cure, Daft Punk, David Bowie, Kasabian, Kings of Leon, Morrissey, Rage Against The Machine, The Smiths, The Stone Roses and many more. Always happy to be educated and schooled on old and new music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

From February 2008 to May 2008 I travelled round Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, India and then finished that trip off with visiting Prague followed by Berlin. In August and September 2009 I travelled to Venice, Madrid, Düsseldorf and Uppsala, Sweden in separate expeditions. The following summer in 2010 I backpacked to Brussels, Riga and Tallinn. The summer after that in 2011 I travelled around Europe again and went to Berlin for a second time as well as Hamburg, Warsaw, Krakow, the Tatras Mountains and Bratislava. I visited Ireland for a week after I finished university and went to Cork and Baltimore in the south of the country.
