Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a college student, I have to balance both schoolwork and my part-time job. I don't have a ton of money to spend on traveling, but that doesn't mean I can't see the world! Couchsurfing allows me to visit new places, stay with locals, and not break the bank.

Interests

I love cooking, and any artsy in general (painting, pottery, music). I also love to sing, play the piano, and dance.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music would have to include any indie rock (Vampire Weekend, Passion Pit), rock (The Black Keys), and rap (Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino).

One of my favorite movies of all time would have to be "10 Things I Hate About You."

I love to read! Some of my favorite books include anything by Haruki Murakami or F. Scott Fitzgerald.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I held a 5K fundraiser for a local elementary school to save their fine arts program; it's probably one of the most rewarding things I've ever accomplished.
