Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have found it quite difficult making friends between working two jobs and paying exuberant rent to live in downtown Toronto.
I'm not really enjoying my current situation.
So I'm looking to leave the city and head West ultimately winding up in BC.
I figured couch surfing would be an ideal way to meet friendly locals and discover all the best places a town has to offer. Enriching my Canadian experience.
