ABOUT ME

I'm almost done with a study abroad program in Paris, as well as with my last year at University. I came to Paris to learn French, but I've ended up traveling more that I ever thought I would. I've got many more planned in the next few months as well!

PHILOSOPHY

I want to do everything that I have previously convinced myself was impossible for me to accomplish.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't host at the moment because I am about to leave for a massive Northern European trek, but I would like to make friends through CS and hopefully stay with some of them. Naturally, when I get back home to Los Angeles I will offer my couch as well!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never stayed with anyone through CouchSurfing.com, but I have stayed on many couches throughout my travels and I will say that I always fold up the blankets before I leave.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was, along with 3 friends, taken out to karaoke by a drunken Yakuza member in Tokyo, Japan, who not only paid for our karaoke and drinks, but he bought us hookers, which none of us took. It was completely surreal. I really hope he didn't remember anything the next day.

I have traveled a lot and have lots of funny stories. I also know lots of jokes and can tell a lot about the places I've been in a way that will hopefully make you laugh. I want to learn pretty much anything about wherever I visit, so surprise me!

Probably the part of traveling I enjoy the most is trying the food and drink of each country I visit. I will and want to try pretty much anything. I love cooking and will gladly cook for anyone who's couch I surf, or who surfs on my couch in the future. I always want to learn to cook new things too, so I would love to learn any dishes from any country I visit.
