I'm a very easy going English/Australian with a love of travel and good people. I was born in England where I lived until I was 16, then I moved out to Australia to finish my schooling and get a tan!

After school I returned to Europe with only a laptop and $10 and realized I needed a job. Somehow I ended up in the computer games industry for 7 years after which I realized there was more to life than work! So I quit my job and spent two years traveling the globe making up for lost time.

Then I spent a few years living and working in Germany where I ended up starting my own company. Luckily after a rocky start it went well and allowed me the freedom to wonder the globe for quite a while (while working)!

Ended up moving to Fremantle, Western Australia and then down to beautiful Goode Beach near Albany, which is where I currently call home.

I have been hosted in Holland, Brasil, Italy & Chile and amazed by the new friendships I've made and the kindness and generosity of those I've met.

I ended up hosting several wonderful people while in Frankfurt and now I finally have a place of my own again in Australia I'd love to host some of the great people passing though WA. It's always great to meet new people and introduce them to all the cool things to see and do!

Travelled solo (without flying) from London to Singapore via the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Russia (on the trans-Siberian railway), Mongolia, China, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Malaysia before I finally reached Singapore (tired, but happy). Then went on to spend 7 months wondering South America!

A big smile and a friendly face! But we live right next to Torndirrup National Park and just around the corner from the beautiful Misery Beach (ignore the name) and some amazing natural sights including the Bald Head Hike. Always happy to show people around, snorkel, swim and kayak!
