I have a love for adventure, new experiences and new people. I like to think I'm open and honest and love to learn and share life and everything it has to offer.
I have been living in the northern rivers where I'm exploring how to live sustainably, always trying to make positive changes and meet positive people doing the same.

Everyone is on their own journey and has their own stuff to deal with, there is no room for judgement only patience, love and and desire to always improve on ourselves.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've been a surfer and hosted a number of people. To me CS is not just about giving a couch, bed or floor space though. It's about the sharing of cultures, knowledge, experiences and good times!

I prefer to spend a bit of time with my hosts as a surfer and my surfers as a host! :)

兴趣

I live to garden and study and practice permaculture. I also love to create so I'm currently putting the two together and landscaping gardens and backyards. I study soil and can get quite geeky about plants and nature but when I'm not in the garden I love to be near the ocean or in the forest looking for creatures.

I read, and play a bit of guitar and sing and draw and design in my down time or when its raining. I also love languages and cultures and I'm always planning my next trip away.

i like to sing and play folk music but i listen to classical, rock, latin tunes, all sorts really. Gabriel Garcia Marquez is my favourite author.

I was invited to a traditional Bolivian wedding of a young cholita in a tiny village in the hills in the middle of nowhere, i drank chicha, ate incredible foods and learned some quechua and local dances. It was incredible!

I am always trying to share my love and knowledge of gardening to encourage others to get out and get their own going. But i speak other languages which I like to help others learn if they're interested....

I teach organic gardening and so put me to use and get me out in the garden.

I like to cook and make a mean cocktail, but i’m pretty handy in many ways and i love being helpful.
