Overview
About Me
I am a Ph.D. student in political science working on ONG politics that help Colombian refugees in Ecuador (Lyon, France). Currently, I am an assistant lecturer in Political Science at University Lyon 2. I have studied political science and law.
I try to live on my passions: academic research, fieldwork in a humanitarian context, and teaching!
I love traveling, learning new languages, reading, meeting new people and overall discovering new things that enlarge my vision of the world!
I use to cook when I receive or when I am a guest... My boyfriend says that I'm a creative and unconventional good cooker.
I adore mountains and trees, and enjoying sports in the wild (walking, climbing, skiing...)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Many of my friends spoke me about Couchsurfing, and I meet many couch surfers in Kyrgyzstan when I stay in a friend's place. It was an amazing and inspiring experience.
Travelers are very interesting people who allow me to continue to put a non-ethnocentric eye on my everyday life, the town where I live... and giving me the will to visit new places, countries, towns, mountains (and other types of landscapes)!
For time to time (less now than some years ago), I travel abroad. Traveling (sometimes) with Couchsurfing is a very good way to meet local people, share with them their daily life in their city, and embrace the diversity of the people in this planet.
