My name is Lara and I am currently on an exciting journey through Asia after completing my studies. I've always been a travel-bee and during these, I learned a lot about different cultures and languages, which has inspired me to explore the world and gain new experiences while doing a world trip.
I love city and nature both in the same way! Can stroll for hours through alleyways or museum but also love hiking and adventure. Beach or Party ae also, always an option ;)

Initially, I might be a bit shy, but I open up quickly once I get accustomed to my new surroundings. I am looking forward to meeting new people, learning from each other, and creating unforgettable moments together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I believe it is one of the best ways to truly experience the culture and lifestyle of the places I visit. Instead of staying in anonymous hotels, I prefer to connect with locals, share stories, and gain a deeper understanding of the communities I explore.

Traveling through Asia, I have found that these personal connections make my journey much richer and more meaningful. Couchsurfing allows me to make new friends, exchange ideas, and create lasting memories.

Moreover, I enjoy the sense of community and the spirit of generosity that Couchsurfing embodies. I look forward to both learning from my hosts and contributing to their lives in any way I can, whether it’s sharing a meal, helping out with tasks, or simply having a good conversation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love old temples so for me, visiting Angkor Wat in Cambodia was one of the most mesmerizing things I have seen! From sunrise till sunset going from temple to temple while playing with some monkeys and imagining how life was a few centuries ago made me really happy.
