I am a fun loving nerd who is a mom to two wonderful young people (age 19/20). I love animals, Hate smoking. Indifferent to drinking. I am well past my partying days, but can see the benefit in a good glass of wine now and then. Marijuana gives me headaches.

I love to play games - any kind of game, role playing, board, cards. I am quiet and clean.

I have traveled the world and love to scuba dive most everywhere I go. I have written two books and am working on a third and I create huge Lego models in my not so spare time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I need to have a place to crash now and then when I visit my kid in college or when I travel to see a friend who doesn't have space to put me up. I also like to meet new people and get fed up with paying $200 a night to jud sleep somewhere for 8 hours.

favorite movie - that is a hard one. I like movies like Game Day, but also like Deadpool or Gaurdians of the Galaxy. I also like inspirational stories or a really good drama with a twist (think The Game with Michael Douglas).
Favorite book is Daryni Quest
I like a lot of different music, but do not care for rap, heavy metal or country (with limited exceptions) I prefer 1980s and 90s top 40 stuff.

I love to learn about most anything. I know some about a lot of things, but I also know a lot about a few things. I love o teach math and reading. Actually, I just love to teach.
