I am new to the Couchsurfing community, but please do not let that put you off - I am excited to finally be able to be a part of such a wonderful philosophy and group, and can promise you that I am an open and considerate host or guest! I love new languages, finding hidden places in a new city, hiking, literature and good food (:

I think that the best thing about travel is meeting new people; likeminded souls and people who have a different perspective on the world. These are the things I always remember from my time away, and you can experience a whole new side of a place through local eyes. I want to be able to share this experience with people, both in their city and in mine!

The world in general is quite amazing, and while I don't think I am particularly exceptional I have loved living in a number of countries in my short years and really experiencing them!
