Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Used to be able to offer a couch, though can't currently. But I can offer a friendly face in London, suggest veg*n places to eat and could probably fashion you a nerdy historical tour of London if you so wish.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a few couchsurfers when we lived On Åland, and and surfed in Poland, lovely experiences all round.

Interests

Lots of things including second hand shops and making defunct things refunct, living a low impact lifestyle, historical archaeology and architectural history, food, swing dancing...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw the aurora borealis in Finnish Lapland (and rolled in the snow after sauna, in -28 degrees)
