ABOUT ME

I so appreciate experiences and people of all types. I really love a good deep conversation over tea. I meditate and do yoga and other movement-based activities. I also enjoy teaching yoga. I really like eating and cooking food of all ethnicities, and do so selectively - I believe in food as medicine. I'm a little deprived from TV and the news (I don't care for them much), but do enjoy the movies every once-in-a-while. I read mostly non-fiction, and like topics on spirituality and self-improvement. I have friends from all walks of life. Occasional activities: snowboarding, rock climbing, scuba diving.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On my way to live in California, I had friends all along the way, except for a long stretch between Jackson Hole and San Francisco. So I tried couchsurfing for the first time. Me and my host hit it off so great that I stayed an extra day, and couchsurfed with another new friend before completing my journey to the Bay Area! I feel so greatful for the network of extended friends that I have all over the country.
