About Me
Heyy guys. My name is Larin, born and raised in the Netherlands. I've been on couchsurfing for some time but started to use it since 2025 actively. I've been convinced that the best way to know about the country, culture and food is with the locals. I've been travelling around solo for some time and I am planning soon a very big trip in Asia, starting in Georgia.
( I'll be in Dublin from 28/03)
I've never been someone that drinks, so because of that I go through life with my motto: Good music is my alcohol. So any recommendations for good songs is more then welcome🙏
I've been into photography lately, so I am getting used to bring my camera around me as well. Nothing feels better then looking back at the pictures you captured from the memories you made😊
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet people, but also when I start my trip, I would like it if someone can host me during my travels. So I can learn more about their culture and country. You start to learn about a country when you connect with the locals.

Music, Movies, and Books
Big love for Harry Potter and I am a big fan of piano music. Expecially Ludovico Einaudi.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Meeting people from a traditional village on a small island in Indonesia and them hosting me for 2 days. I had to learn to shower with the water from the mountains and my ( Indonesian mom) boiling water on fire that she made herself. I forgot that water that is warmed up by fire needs A LOT MORE cold water to cool it down... she made atleast sure the water was hot enough.
