About Me
Hello,
I'm a 20-years old women from Germany. I still live with my parents together. But all of these information are only facts. If you really wanna know me you have to read the next few sentences to understand my way of living.
I have lived my whole live in Germany. I grew up, got older and came to the point that there has to be more in the world. I left home, after I finished school and tried to find my own way. I did not feel "free" in my hometown neither in my country. So that I spent my last year in the United States.
I got to know a lot of people, tried to understand the culture and to find "freedom". In the end I realized that America is not the country I was looking for. So now I'm back home. I'm still trying to find my way.
Traveling is some kind of freedom. I really enjoy it to travel, to meet people and to get to know their culture.
But traveling is not my only passion. I also like art. So if you are interessed to visit an art museum, you will always have a companion.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing, because it's the best way to travel.
First of all I'm young and I don't have enough money to travel from hotel to hotel.
Otherwise I have to agree that I don't like it to stay in hotels.
It's kind of impersonal. I really wanna be a part of the country, people and culture and not a tourist with superficial wishes.
Interests
My interests are...
-> travelling (of course)
-> art
-> music
-> reading
....and spending time with my friends.
I'm not only interestes in art I also practice art. One of the most important things in my travel bag is my sketch book. I cannot keep my hands calm so that I'm always drawing. I don't need a quiet place neither a special pencil, I enjoy a noisy atmosphere.

Music, Movies, and Books
My Favorite Books:
I really like Jodi Picoult's books. I almost read all of them. Maybe you know her most famous book: "My sister's keeper". I really love her way of writting. She has such a lively language. Her stories are always fascinating because her topics are ordinary but always with a little bit of "magic".
My Favorite Music:
I really, really love electro swing. Have you ever seen the movie the "Great Gatsby"? If yes you will know this kind of music. If not you have to see this movie. It's great (also the book!).
