part of the time I'm spacing out and the other I'm here, looking for balance. Trying to learn as much as I can. Listening to my body, soul and spirit to be light and fly away.
I'm grateful to be and share.
Studying art history, trying to understand aesthetics, concepts, theories, the creative process but mainly admiring and learning from semiotics and language.

PHILOSOPHY

It is what it is and it's all about how you deal with what comes at you! presence and awareness can save you time and trouble, but also feel and appreciate life while it's unfolds in front of you.

my favorite is cooking for you , for me and everyone who appreciates good loving healthy food. I enjoy raw food the most in summer but soups are great company in cold times.
Yoga is a yes always. My favorite time is morning. I enjoy going to bed early! Movies is my night time thing and drinking cardamom tea with honeyyyy
