ABOUT ME

My friends would probably describe me as a spontaneous extrovert who likes to have fun, party, do sports or travelling. Furthermore, it is very important for me to be an honest person and usually I say what I mean. I am not a guy who gathers tons of people around him, I rather have a few very good friends who I can trust.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am definitely up for hosting from time to time, but I can not do this on a regular basis since I am a full time university student.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed a couple of times in Denmark and it got me hooked! I am looking forward to meet a lot of cool and spontaneous people on here!

Interessen

My biggest interests are meeting up with friends, travelling, photography and running at the seaside. Since I moved five times in the past six years (mostly within Europe), I met a lot of people. I realised what it means to have found a true friend, when it was time to go home. Due to that reason I try hard to keep in touch with some people I met abroad. Regarding the travelling I'd like to mention that I mostly travelled inside of Europe and I still have so many places on my "list"! I would consider myself as a travel addict. When I travel I always bring my analog camera because those rare pictures help me to hang on to beautiful memories more easily. I mentioned that I really like to go for a run at the waterfront. This is probably due to the place where I was born - Flensburg, which is a small maritime city in Northern Germany. I always felt drawn to the sea and that also influenced my decisions about where to live.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Probably one of the most amazing things I have done in my life was our first road trip to Contis-Plage in Southern France in the summer of 2012. I went there with two friends of mine in an old Volkswagen T3 camper and we tried for the first time to surf. That didn't really work out for me, but I enjoyed this "hang loose lifestyle" so much ever since, that I swore myself that I will own a camper and longboard someday in order to be able to go on a surf trip with friends and catch some waves.
