I’m an Associate Professor at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. I conduct research on crows (Corvidae) in urban environments. My interests include urban ecology, human-wildlife conflicts, nature conservation, and ecotourism. One of my hobbies—besides sports and the sauna—is traveling. I believe that when we meet new people, get to know another country’s culture, experience new situations, or simply try unusual foods and drinks, our personalities become richer and more enriched.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked 600 km to reach my plane in Alaska. I almost missed it. :S
