ABOUT ME

My passport is about to expire this April (after 10 years) and I'm truly disappointed in how little travel I have done in the past 10 years! I need to change that and I'm looking to start now -- why wait any longer right? *smile* Currently, I'm a professional gal who works in a non-corporate environment staffing for architecture + design. I love my job and the people I work with. In my past I worked for a dining magazine so I love to eat. I have lived in downtown Chicago for 10 years and call it home.

In my past I have often found accommodation on Craigslist to share...I love the experience of staying with someone in a non-tourist area (for the most part) and building relationships with those hosting.

Interests

Experiencing the cuisine of a city, region, nation, etc. In it's raw and pure form...I used to work for a Dining Magazine... yum!
