ABOUT ME

When I was kid used to swear blind I`d never grow up to be an adult... I used to disappear into my own imagination and go on holiday to far off places. I`d pack up a little bag of carefully selected items from around the house (a bent fork, a piece of lego, a half eaten sandwich... you know, the essentials), line up some chairs and take the train to a land where I could stay up past my bedtime and disappear off on adventures... so here I am now, all grown up despite my best intentions... but, to my delight, I`m staying up past my bedtime, exploring unknown lands with my bag of carefully selected items and experiencing all the wonders I once fantasised about... I now appreciate life more with every new experience and have learned that it is possible to maintain a childlike appetite for fun and adventure whilst enjoying the benefits of being old enough to cross the road by myself!

PHILOSOPHY

Amongst other things, I believe you get the most out of life if you share what you have and know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been welcomed in and shown such generosity by fellow couchsurfers. People have given their space, time and energy to ensure that I`m happy, comfortable and have a good time. On every occasion this has humbled me a little more and inspired me to be more open to the world.

兴趣

Music, food, theatre, cooking, baking (cakes mainly mmm!), adventures, comedy, friends old and new, nature, travel, infectious fun, discussing subjects that evoke passion in myself and others, staying up all night, sleeping too long, breathing in lungs full of fresh air, walking for miles, dancing like no one`s watching...
