I am a fashion designer from Chicago originally, but relocated to Sacramento, CA about 12 years ago. Recently I placed my special needs son in a care home after 14 years. I have been so overworked and tired raising him and my other children, in addition to my half siblings. I`m rediscovering myself and trying to figure out my new life.

Me...well I`m pretty down to earth. I`m a spiritual person and I like to be around positive people. I like to help anyway I can. I like cooking, cleaning...I`m very creative.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While visiting with a friend, her roommate told me about the site. I thought it would be perfect for me, considering I`ve been visiting with family for the past 3 months, I thought it would be nice to meet new people and figure out myself. I don`t mind helping :)
