My name is Laura and live in the lovely countryside of Ireland.
I've just got home after a year and a bit of wandering from Mexico to Brasil :)

It was an incredible adventure (with lots of ups and downs, of course) and Couchsurfing was a very important part of the experience.
I hope I can maintain the spirit of adventure and joy of exploring I had while travelling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was inspired to try Couch surfing by some girls I met in Guatemala. This platform has given me incredibly enriching experiences, I've been able to try new food and visit places I might have otherwise passed by.

The people I met here encourage me to live more generously and every single person teaches me something new.
The best of the couch surfing community reflects the kind of life I want to lead; one centered around togetherness and kindness, learning and exploring.
