ABOUT ME

I’ve always been fond of sailing – both in a yacht club for young sailors and with my parents every summer, even after I moved away from home a few years ago. I’ve tried many kind of sports besides sailing; acrobatic, aerobic, afro dance, badminton, rock’n’roll dance...
My favourite vacation activity is reading fiction (as I can’t find the time during the semesters). What I can’t wait for vacations to do is creative stuff like sewing, painting and making for ex necklaces and decorating books (which I sometimes use as gifts or as a new diary).
I’ve been singing in bands and choirs in the different schools I’ve attended and I still sing in the Party Band at my university. We perform now and then at parties, that’s great fun and I love it very much. Couldn’t live without singing.
Besides going to school I use a lot of my time with the people I live with at my student college (in Danish called “kollegie”). I share kitchen with 20 fantastic people, we have food club 5 times a week and do a lot of things together, both practical (cooking, studying…) and social (party, watching a movie…) stuff.
I do a lot of committee work as well – at my faculty in the music committee and at my college in several different ones (for ex I was in the Green Environment group creating an inter-college-competition on reduction of energy and water consumption, the Making-A-Thrift-Shop group and in an administrative committee handling applications for the college).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the beginning I will be free for coffee and a talk and in that way supporting the project, by introducing people to Denmark and especially Copenhagen. Hopefully I will get my own couch some day, so I can invite people over.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I visited the most peacefull hostle 1 km walk from Casis in France several years ago. I had a fantastic view to the ocean and a philosofic silence and calmness... I wanna go back to that place some day!!! It was owned by a Danish woman and her French husmand Jean-Pièrre
