learning Danish and doing looooooooooots of Yoga
What can I say about me? I am a very grateful person. Small things make me happy - like a chat with a neighbor, riding my bike through Copenhagen, a beautiful sky. And I love eating and Yoga!! ;-)
I am open to the things to come.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hosted and surfed a lot of couches in the past few months and I like it a lot - it's so much fun and such a great opportunity to meet people from all different parts of the world! It seems, with CS you only meet the friendliest and most interesting of them all! :-)
I went to Istanbul to stay at a womans place - instead I found a big turkish family! It was such a great experience and I was so impressed by their kindness! And we had so much fun without understanding each other's language!! :-)
Yoga, danish, food, reading (novels, books about health, spirituality and politics, etc.), traveling, knitting for friends babies, singing, so many things!
Music, Movies, and Books
Here's some stuff I love:
books by Gioconda Belli, Isabell Allende, Andrea de Carlo, Mario Vargas Llosa, Byron Katie, Rafik Schami, etc.
films I LOVE:
happythankyoumoreplease, away we go, Kramer vs. Kramer, (500) Days of Summer, When Harry met Sally, Nice Guy Johnny, Slumdog Millionaire, Friends with Kids, To Verdener, Se til venstre der er en svensker, I could go on and on and on ;-)
music of all different kinds - I admit that I'm not into music very much...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing about me is that i am a "mover" - I moved 19 times during the last 15 years. I don't know why... ;-) but it's fun! :-)
Teach, Learn, Share
The Work of Byron Katie:
1. Is it true?
2. Can you be absolutely sure?
3. How do react when you believe this thought?
4. Who would you be without the thought?
5. Turn it around!
It's just incredible!!
