About Me
After one of the darkest winters we had in Germany I take every ray of sunshine I can get in my mom's garden, our flat's balcony or riding my yellow bike! I am a keen student not just in university but in lots of parts in life.
Recently I started taking classes in relaxation and mindfulness to learn more about myself, my body and a healthy relation to its environment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I did an unforgettable interrail trip through Europe with my boyfriend. He convinced me to try couch surfing and we had memorable experiences! After visiting the United States in 2016 we hosted on the Sunshine Coast in Australia and got to know the other side of the CS experience.
Interests
Interested in techniques and ways how to not waste as much resources as we are doing it these days. A helpx experience on a permaculture farm in Australia encouraged me even more to strive for a life with less waste and more re- and upcycling.
A few weeks ago I started with a mindfulness class, it is challenging and rewarding at the same time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like to read English novels which would be so kitschy reading them in german...
Since booksharing got more and more popular in Germany, I started reading lots of different things, like books based on true events, historical stuff and now and then a garden book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Worked and hiked in the beautiful National Forests of Oregon and Washington.
Teach, Learn, Share
Always willing to learn about different cultures, food and how to see the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking, a nice exhausting workout (yoga, ballet, bodyweight) or just some thoughts about life on this planet :)
