Coucou, hello, holi :)

I arrived in April 2024 nearby La Rochelle to finish my studies with an internship about mitigation and adaptation strategies for climate change, something I care a lot.
I'm discovering the place and its pretty surroundings, wanting to meet people and connect with travelers !
I'm sharing a house with 4 other nice people, so I can't say for sure I'd able to host you but we can always spend some good time together :)

I've had the opportunity to travel and live abroad in amazing places such as Colombia or Scotland, and could meet amazing people thanks to Couchsurfing. Now it's my turn to make people feel welcome and share a bit of my culture !

I love being outside, cooking, swimming, learning languages, having conversations about our world, dancing and going out... traveling, obviously, even though now I'll mostly do it around La Rochelle or thanks to your stories ;)

It's to me the best way to enjoy what truely has value in life : connection with others ! I started when I was 18 and since then I've tried to do it as often as possible, here or via other websites.

I love listening to the Beatles, Lana Del Rey, Bob Dylan, Alt-J, the XX, Manu Chao, Feu! Chatterton, Daft Punk, steel-drum music, Amy Winehouse, Christine and the Queens... I'll be glad to make you listen to great French music ;)
And watching Wes Aderson's movies, A Bout de Souffle, Mommy, Ratatouille...
As well as reading Harry Potter, Marcel Proust's novels, Ken Follett's, poetry...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

OLDIES BUT GOODIES (I wrote it a long time ago when I was just starting to use CS)

In August 2017 I spent 2 weeks in Belgium with 11 other teenagers from different countries in an asylum seeker center. We tried to built a concrete barbecue (which was fun, perhaps that's why it was a failure...) but mostly organised activities for the children and families that were living there. I met wonderful people, and learnt a lot about what happiness really is.
I wrote that bit before going on a hitchhiking trip with my roommate, for which we used CS. It was also a wonderful and intense experience, visiting Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Scotland...
