I love my work teaching creative writing, traveling and spending time outdoors hiking, sailing and camping. At home I like to write, knit and make art, preferably while listening to an audiobook. I'm also passionate about reforming US politics- I volunteer with The Maine People's Alliance, a grassroots community action organization dedicated to social, racial and environmental justice. I am a City Year and Americorps alumni.
