About Me

I am married and live presently with my husband in United States. I have Seven (8) years of professional experience in a Human Resource and One (1) year in Customer Service capacity. I am presently working as a Talent Management Consultant, NLNG and have also worked as a Talent Management Specialist (Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. ) and Human Resource Generalist and Customer Service Officer capacities (Chams Plc) in a single individual and also multiple individuals departments.
I have much to offer in the way of diversity of experience in the area of staffing management, training and development, competency mapping, performance evaluation and compensation e.t.c. With these experiences I have had the opportunity to learn human resource policies, procedures and the protocol necessary to enforce them ethically and without liability. In addition, I also sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy while working as a Customer Service Officer.
In my past and current positions I have gained experience in research, writing reports, designing high impact Power Point presentations and much more.
