Hello! I am an open and people loving person and a performing arts freelancer living i Helsinki with my Spouse. For me listening and understanding different kinds of people are a great value. I am a freelancer, so my days vary much, and often I am teaching or working with productions until late hours. Despite that life as freelances can be uncertain, it is also giving freedom and I feel I am leading a life I like and dealing with things I find important like taking art to those who could not reach it them selves. I am a drama instructor, dancer, choreographer and a dance and theatre teacher, loving also other ways of moving the body and soul, like doing yoga and pilates. I also love almost all kinds of music and would like to read more (if I just would have more spare time, when I also like to meet my friends). My spouse is an architect and we both like to do sports and see new places and getting to know the world, new cultures and people. He is very much into football and when we were younger we both trained a lot: he playing football and me synchronise skating and later on dancing. We both like to go outdoors, but still have not spent a lot of time for example hiking, so we are now looking forward to hike and spent and very active holiday when we have one together. We both also like music, I like to sing and he plays the spanish guitar

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I have heard a lot of good things about Couchsurfing, but I am still new to it. My boyfriend (spouse) and I are going for a trip to New-Zealand at the end of February, and thought that Couchsurfing could be fun and a good idea to find places to stay for one ore two nights, meet new people and maybe get to know the places best. At our place in Helsinki there is also a couch in our apartment, so maybe in the future we could host someone at our home, but for now it´s looking for couch. Hope to meet you ! <3

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

What it comes to music I like oh so many kinds from hip hop to classical music. It all depends on the mood. Still My all time favourite band for a long time was Matchbox twenty, but I have also always liked the e.g. Doors, Queen and Eminem and Nujabes and Kate Bush. I also love to listen to reggae and good instrumental guitarmusic like Paco De Lucia. Classical music is also nice and sometimes when I have do computer work I put on some classics. I still feel that classical music is the best when heard in real life. I love musicals and sometimes I just love to listen to the best of Miserables or cats etc. I have a bad habit of never knowing the names of artists or songs I listen to, but I try to learn them. For my dance classes I listen to pop and hip hop and try to also remember what I hear.

One of My all time favourite films is Tarantino Pulp Fiction and i also love Films by studio Studio Ghibli like Totoro and princess Mononoke. Films I don´t really watch so often though.

There are many books I like, but right now I don´t really have too much time to read. I loved the life of Pi, Purge (by Sofi oksanen), the Girl with the pearl earring, and also the three Musketeers, the Lord of rings. Now I am enjoying (slowly, but still) the Sabiens-Short history of the humankind by Harari.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

As a choreographer my biggest challenge by now was last spring 2017 to create the choreographies for a 52 meters long stage for 20 dancer 2 aerlialacrobats a choir of 80 singers and 10 actors in a very short rehearsal period for an one hour spectacle play, performed in the Helsinki exhibition hall for more than 2000 people and streamed to the internet. That I felt was quite amazing. But I also feel it was amazing to go and see the grand canyon when I was 20 years old or work at the social work for young as I was 23.

I can teach dance and somatic care taking of the body and vegetarian and gluten free cooking. I might also be able to teach some music and working with ones voice and I also teach acting. I would love to learn more languages and develop my existing skills and more about outdoor activities, theatre groups of different kinds, playing guitar and drums and other new interesting instruments.

For the host I can teach Finnish (if there is interest in ;)) and share good somatic techniques with which to take care of the body. Also I can share Vegetarian cooking.
