Hey I'm a languages student who has spent the past year living in Spain working as an English language assistant. It has been a wonderful experience and I've loved learning about a culture different to my own. This has given me wanderlust and a desire to explore other countries and learn about their cultures. I'm a non-smoker who is 4/20 friendly however.

Music, Movies, and Books

Reading is my passion and I get absolutely lost in books. My favourite book is 'War and Peace' as I felt that it deepened my understanding of what it means to be human. I love jazz and rock music and my favourite band is 'The Killers'. Normally I dislike rewatching films, but my all-time favourite 'Stardust' is the exception as I have seen it nine times already.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm scared of heights but I am a firm believer in trying to overcome your fears if possible so I've been on Europe's longest zipwire in Toledo, Spain twice. The first time on it was terrifying and the second was liberating and I'm glad I did it.

I've always been interested in current affairs and I come from a country that has an interesting political situation, that voted against Brexit yet must leave the UK and which has not had a government for over a year. These factors have really sharpened my interest in both European and global politics and if you enjoy having political discussions, both sharing and learning then I would be a suitable guest.
