ABOUT ME

I love to study people, psychology, Buddhism and neuroscience. Love travel and dance. My journey is to become a peaceful person and share in the diversity of my neighbors on this planet. I want to learn to farm.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to be aware of the influences directing my desires and behavior. Whose voices (teachers, parents, corporations etc) are in my head besides mine? I'm learning to see the world from my point of view. If we all did this, we'd be a lot more satisfied with ourselves and less reactive towards others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

mostly I've used CS for meetups around the world. a few times I've surfed, with varying degrees of success. I am indebted to CS for enabling some great friendships and healing me with welcoming faces while alone and abroad.

Interests

Getting better at French, would love to learn German. I am practiced at swing dance but wanna get to the awesome level. I love tap dance, swimming, exploring new musical styles, inventing cocktails. Comedy, silliness and little everyday wonders are the keys to my happiness.

Don't we all listen to everything these days? I just spent two years in Seattle; maybe its just people in the PNW. Currently on a huge jazz kick. With a side of Band of Horses old stuff.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach American baking skills (who wants to make a pie?!!) , the English and French languages. I can tell you funny stories, make conversation about politics, philosophy and spirituality. I can practice Reiki on you, listen to you. I like to push the boundaries of my capability when in the safe company of others. Let's take a trip and see what we can do!
