I am a 23-year-old university student from Finland, northern Europe. I'm studying French and Spanish in the University of Helsinki to become a translator and a language teacher. I speak English, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish and a little bit of Italian. I love travelling and meeting nice people on my trips!

I am an easy-going and respectful young woman. I appreciate anyone's efforts on hosting me even for one day. I am eager to learn about different cultures and languages and I'm open for new adventures.

I am not hosting at the moment because I'm travelling for the next six months :).

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am travelling around the world with a friend from late August 2015 until early January 2016. We would love to get to know local people from our travel destinations because discovering a new place with a local's help is much more fun than discovering it on our own.

I have travelled quite a bit but I haven't spent much time with the locals. I think hanging out on your own in a hotel room and in a completely new town is a bit boring!

We have never done couchsurfing before but we believe that the most amazing part of our 5-month-trip is to meet other, open-minded people and have a good time! As you can give us a tour in your hometown or host us for the night, we can tell you about our Finnish culture and be great company!

My favourite music is rock music from the 60's and the 70's, but I like almost any kind of music. Some of my favourite artists: The Beatles, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, The Police, The Velvet Underground, Michael Jackson, Earth, Wind & Fire, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queens Of The Stone Age, Stromae and many more. Funk is cool.

I like movies a lot in general, mostly psychological thrillers with a surprising plot twist . Also comedies containing good music from the 60's or 70's are my favourites (The Boat That Rocked, The Minions haha). Horror is not my thing (too scary!)
